File Requirements
How to prepare and name your Gerber files so our system can process your board automatically.
What to Submit
Export your Gerber files from your PCB design software, rename each file exactly as shown below, compress them all into a single .zip archive, and upload it on the order page.
Gerber_BottomLayer.GBL
The main copper routing layer. All tracks, pads, and fills on the bottom side of the board.
Gerber_TopSilkscreenLayer.GTO
Component labels, reference designators, logos, and polarity markings printed on the top surface.
Gerber_BottomSolderMaskLayer.GBS
Defines which areas are left exposed (pads) and which are covered by the green solder mask coating.
Gerber_BoardOutlineLayer.GKO
The board edge/perimeter. Our system reads this to determine board dimensions and cut lines.
Drill_PTH_Through.DRL
Excellon drill file for all plated through-holes — component leads and mounting holes.
Step-by-Step Checklist
- 1 Export Gerber files from your PCB software (KiCad, EasyEDA, Altium, Eagle, etc.).
- 2 Rename each exported file to the exact filenames listed above. Case and extension must match precisely.
-
3
Place all 5 files into a single folder and compress it into a
.ziparchive. - 4 Upload the zip on the order page. Our system will validate the files and auto-detect board dimensions.
- 5 Use the Preview PCB Layout button after upload to visually verify your board looks correct before placing the order.
Important
If any file is missing or named incorrectly, the upload will fail with a validation error. Double-check filenames before zipping — even a small typo will prevent processing.
Review design rules before exporting to avoid rejections.
